DELIVERY & RETURNS

Products are shipped regularly within 2 working days maximum after your order.

Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) .

To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the link "view my order" you will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email, then a second one informing you that your order has been sent.

Please monitor your order tracking regularly.

Good to know: Your packages are kept for 10 days at the chosen delivery location, beyond which they are returned to the sender, you will then be asked for compensation in order to send your order to you again.

This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
